What is your role at Haley House?
I do administrative work, deposits, cashier, weekend supervisor, TEP administrator
What brought you to Haley House?
I moved to Boston to pursue graduate work in Theology and ended up in Dorchester. I was looking for an organization where I could work and/or volunteer and a friend told me about the Haley House. After researching the organization and falling in love with its mission I contacted Bing, found the cafe, and here I am.
Favorite Dish at HHBC/Soup kitchen/Noonday?
Any of Michael's soups at the Bakery Café.
Favorite Downtime Activity?
In my 'downtime' I enjoy walking around Boston, going for runs at Castle Island and reading
Favorite/memorable HH Moment?
Favorite memory at HH was the pie eating contest at Christmas and working with the TEP participants as they achieved employment and furthered their education.
